Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read over the internet.



Returns / Refunds Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Restocking fees may apply.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note, perishable items cannot be returned under any circumstance. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect shipment we may replace the item in question and direct you to discard the original.

Any item that is a Drop Ship or Special Build cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.  All items sold with a title of "cosmetic damage" are final with No refunds or returns accepted.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs via insured shipper unless we have made an error in shipment or the item(s) arrive damaged/defective.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Some international orders may require bank verification for a credit card sale prior to shipping. Fees may apply.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Handling times may take 1 - 4 business days and transit times will vary based on the shipping destination and on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page and represent transit times.  Some items may vary from the estimated shipment times.  Some shipping labels and tracking numbers may be provided prior to shipping.

Pre orders will ship when the item(s) ordered are received and ready to ship.  This may vary from the date provided.  Any additional items ordered with a pre order item(s) will be held and shipped when the pre order item(s) ship.  

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We reserve the right to upgrade the selected shipping to a faster service without notice.  Tracking numbers for all shipments will be provided via the sites order platform. 

International orders may be subject to a holding period for payments to clear.  All orders will incur shipping charges.  Freight orders are charged after the order is placed.  Shipping charges and times are estimates and may change without notice.  Additional charges can be applied.  We are unable to ship on anyone's account except our own.


Holiday shipping times may increase by 3-5 days during November and December.
