Wakatu is a descendant of Hallertau Mittelfrüh with a unique, southern hemisphere flair of floral and lime notes. This dual-purpose hops lends itself to so use in many styles of beer whether lager or ale. Wakatu was formerly called "Hallertau Aroma".
